Our Mission: Play, Engage, & Grow

At Kidsnett Preschool, our mission is to cultivate learning- rich classrooms and nurture and encourage students. We give them space to grow and discover and watch them blossom into the uniquely wonderful humans that God created them to be. We strive to create a program that will provide examples of the highest qualities of the Christian faith, partnering with families to meet all needs of the developing child, and provide children the best early childhood education. Our program is a culmination of research- based educational practices, child- led learning philosophies, and our highest understanding of the Christian faith.

Our Philosophy

Our child-centered curriculum offers age appropriate, hands-on experiences in a loving and caring Christian atmosphere. Each age group has its own set of learning skills and objectives and our individualized instruction allows children to mature and develop in their own time frame with encouragement and adult- guided learning activities. Our desire is to meet all needs of the developing child - intellectual, social and emotional, physical, and spiritual. Our curriculum is Maria Montessori and Reggio Emilia- inspired. Kidsnett Preschool believes education should be child-centered and teacher-guided. Children learn through experiencing their surroundings. Teachers' roles in the classroom are to provide children with materials and routine, while encouraging children to express themselves, explore, and create within the space of the classroom.

Our History

Founded in 1969 at our Bethesda Campus, our school enjoys an excellent reputation among parents and educators as a superior school for children ages two through five.   Formerly known as Bethesda Preschool, The Nett School and Preschool and now Kidsnett Preschool.
