Position Overview:
The Nett United Methodist Church is seeking a passionate and gifted Modern Worship Leader to lead and grow a dynamic, multicultural worship ministry. This individual will design and lead engaging worship experiences that invite people to connect with God, deepen their faith, and build meaningful community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives both musically and relationally—able to lead worship personally while also developing and empowering a diverse team of musicians, vocalists, and creatives. We are committed to a lay-led, leader-directed worship model that reflects the richness of cultures and expressions within our community.
